The only way to resolve this is to replace it, i had the same on my 172.

Whilst in the car make sure the door is shut then turn the ignition on and off twice. Get out and arm it as usual, it should beep a few times. This will deactivate all motion sensors. To go back to normal just turn the ignition on.
