i did notice mine didnt have any and a friends did paint doesnt look to have been sprayed but who knows its hpi clear will look into getting some

mine is due on the 172cup and shall be making the drive to diamond motors in the next few months as a mate had his cup done a couple of weeks ago and said his work was 2nd to none top job and couldnt of wanted more and he is mega picky with who he chooses :)

:S hi all had my clio a couple of months now and since ive had it i have been trying to solve this horrible loud rattle. clio 172 cup only happens at high revs also get a grumble sound when turning right. so fitted new drive shaft as old 1 had abit of play been under the car removed all heat...

great just what i wanted will it be doing its job still but just making the noise car still feels like it brakes fine

no mate fixed solid just the arm moves slighty when brakes a pressed then when brakes are released it goes back to the origional position but clonks and it stops

had my 172 cup a few weeks and today the rear bias valve everytime i let the brakes of makes a clonk jumped underneath had a look everything is free and moving nicely with some copper grease on the joints got the misses to press the brake pedal when she let off it clonked anyone have any...

getting a steady 36-40 mainly short journey with the occasional blast was short on fuel a few days ago drove like a 90 yr old and managed to get 52 for 20 miles :) ​clio 172 cup btw

the 172 cup doesnt have abs,t/c,leather seats or a/c hence its lighter ​the normal 172 has these

this saturday could be good would have to be afternoon for me as having my exhaust fitted in the morning

sounds good mate cadwell could be a good place to meet on a normal trackday its free to get in loads of space so could have abit of a clio corner ​and some free entertainment :P

agree very nice bloke had a nice deal with him getting the cup he will probably tell you all how picky i am when buying a car i was there long enough for ALOT of coffee :P jus wondered if anyone had had the car previous with some more info ​
