also i never had a problem thru standard door speakers when i was just runnin a sub with standard speakers, only happenin now ive fitted new sub amp and hooked 6x9's and my door speakers to the amp
bought the car with a head unit already having problems with earthing, cant really get to the cables at the back of it, what will i need to remove and how do i do it
yeah it is a pioneer headunit, will try another sub earthing point then if that doesnt work looks like it will be a by-pass of the loom...
will one of those ground earthing suppressors work??
Just fitted my sub , 6x9s and wired up my door speakers to my amp.
Now i know u need to seperate audio and power cables so i have power down the left and my rca's and door speaker feeds down the right.
I have a whining interferance off the alternator, it changes pitch when i rev it and is...
i was low cos i turned up 5 headed :dead:,
but down the straight with just me n one other in it. that golf i had 2out of 3 on was runnin bout 210 he recons, n only had me on one cos of a crappy start :(
engine work next.... bout £800 to spend wat u recon best gains for this money?

had it on other car/vans in the past and it was the resistance bar that slows ur door when u open it and holds it half or fully open without it swinging.. about half way down ur door watch it when u open it and see

it'll drop a little bit more on its own, fitted some v-maxx coilies bout two weeks ago...., cos there new springs they will compress permanatly a little more once there bedded in... mines dropped upto another 10mm
pics of mine are two day old on v-maxx will load some more soon
i've got 195/45/16 only get a little on full lock on the bulge in the front or the arch, just gonna bent the plate and heat the liner and flatten it to the shape of the arch
might drop it a tad on the front bout 10mm...... what do u recon??
Had it about 3 weeks now, put the springs on about a week ago now, should settle down on the springs about 5mm in the next week then goin to adjust the camber to suit.
there really good, was supprised thought they'd be realy bumpy but not that far from standards really, had a good blast the...
how long did it take u to fit them? any problems? and do the v-maxx's come with camber adjustmnt bolts? also remember reaing they need an extra washer for the rear???
gettin my v-maxx's on tue so wed after work they'll be on hopefully
