Basically iv removed the back seats and mdf/carpeted the back of my Trophy Clio and Been looking at some Sparco Red harnesses to go with my Recaro buckets but need help on wether i need 3 point or 4 point harnesses...

My passenger Recaro in my TRrophy is extremely STIFF when you bend it forward to let someone into the back!! You really have to give it a strong push to make it go back but i fear i might be doin some damage keep doing it.

apparantly when your changing your timing belt ur best to do water pump aswell as its not a v expensive part so works out cheap when the belt is being changed to change that aswell.
Anyone gotta phone number for MARK FISH?? I need a price for my timing belt and water pump as Renault (orpington) want £850 but Sanspeed (bexleyheath) want £550 so wanna see what he says so i can decide where to go.

The boot of your motor looks the nuts how did you remove the badges are they just stuck on or is there holes left when you took them off?? I like that idea looks the nuts :D

make sure ur amp is meaty enough to power the sub, i have a £350 JBL and my amp way £600. Avoid cheap shitty packages they dont last and vibrate the air too much causing rattles in ur motor
ALSO ensure an excelllent earth...one most common problems is a bad earth or mismatched sub and amp

Go to a motorsport shop... supplied and fitted = under £200 and thats with 12month parts and labour gaurentee so thats safest bet,
Be aware of cheaply made kits from ebay etc i wud go for a branded make to avoid overheating damage to cables plastics etc
