Steak on the stone is nurburgring tradition! Place owned by Sabines family. Big chunk of steak on a hot stone which cooks it. Best steak I've ever had. Pinocchios is amazing as well. Still got their car sticker on my Clio lol

You will be fine with seats and harnesses as long as they aren't seats with the bits either side of your head! Rear cage will also be fine. Its just cross door bars they don't like as they restrict access. My friend with the corrado from last year has just booked his ferry so 2 of us going :)

You can go either wednesday or thurs. Im going wed with a couple of others as it means a full day extra on track as its open all day thurs. dont mind if you tag along with us. Theres camping or hotel for 27 euros a night per person with breakfast if you dont fancy camping. Hopefully be warm. was...
