I had a little bump in the liquid about 6 months after i got it (from birth) i repaired it all without going through the insurance company, and sourced the new bumper from Renault. You get the bumper, and you also have to order the "bumper kit" which comes with the little black stickers...

we currently pay £30 a month for just the basic HD stuff, with no movies or sports or anything - so id say that was a good deal (make sure its free HD box and install :)) When we first joined sky we got sky + for half price for a year, was £12 a month :D
