I just got some 25mm hubcentric spacers and they scrub on the arch, without much effort. Is this down to the cup having a wider track than the non cups? If so what would I be able to get away with, 15mm?

You can take out the plastic spacers to drop the standard subframe about 15mm but I think you'll be needing proper subframes I'm afraid.

I looked at these a while back, they look good IMO and are certified for road use so will pass mot etc..

They were the cheapest for me, and very easy to get on with regarding adding mods/mileage etc.. It all depends on who's cheapest at the time I suppose, and I'll find out in a couple months.

I got rid of my 360 a while back as I game on PC now, but I love driving games and nothing touches forza, not even on PC IMO. I've just gone out and got another 360 with forza 4 to satisfy my need, but if the xbox one wasn't so expensive I'd have got that instead. Stick with what you know/like.

Got a pipe made up to replace the mid silencer for the scorpion and refitted my interior as it was too loud without lol. Sounds epic now though.

It's better than remote wire though, and once routed properly it doesn't matter how fragile it is.

Does fraps affect frame rate when not recording? Probably a stupid question.

Are your RCA leads damaged? They could have got trapped somewhere and ripped. The same happened to my remote wire which stopped the amp from powering up.
