Could be a multitude of sensors, cam and/or crank position, spark plugs, coil packs, lambada or injectors as mentioned, Clip is your best bet to diagnose
Thinking about it more it could have taken a knock somewhere on track, not sure how but for it to have unplugged damaged and then maybe damaged the exhaust?
Then again we have no idea what damage the truck did if not all of it
As for the megane driver I agree 100%
Side note, its great to...
Thanks for the reply sounds about right!
So would you say it's the pads then? I just thought maybe the standard discs i.e. Not high carbon or something, weren't up to the pads although I find it hard to believe
No it's strange I know they aren't great cold but even through the laps towards the end they were going and then they've just not felt the same since but slowly getting back to what they was
They look quite smooth yeah didn't notice them looking any different throughout the day and no vibrations from deposits
I might try fluid as wasn't sure if it be that or disks! It's not confidence inspiring to say the least
Yeah it's like I have to wear something off as better brakes come with time and mileage it's got the standard fluid and disks so not sure if they are hc?
Recently put ds2500 pads on the front of my megane 265. They give amazing bite much better than original but especially after a track day they seem to lose all bite and show signs of fade. Is this be pads or the disks they are just the standard disks I presume? Pedal pressure is there but they...
Don't make me feel bad about that again!! haha
i find all Renaultsports cars i've driven have the ability to do this. Have to say Scott's clio did a very very good job of making me laugh insanely to myself around blyton. The overrun on my megane still has me giggling like a kid
Having driven the 220 trophy at oulton a part of me thought how easy it was to drive and drive quickly (despite the brakes being utterly fooked at this point)
Nothing like the buzz of my megane down the straights or around the corners but so easy to just throw it around every corner and it was...
Yeah the wear on yours gets to a good point on the edge of the tyre so no problems with roll
going too narrow on tyres is probably not the best but the sake of 10mm it shouldn't matter
Also the grip from these is incredible!
Yeah was jimmy he was with me so apologies
Have to say everyone that was there made it the weekend it was on track and then the drunken antics that followed was spot on minus the snoring
Yeah I now remember laughing for too long when he was explaining his username situation!
