I think that one is covered under the EU replacement scheme. I had a 2016/17 one and put it in for another repair under warranty and they said they noticed burn on the scene and were going to replace it for free. I'd book a Genius Bar appointment. Let them look at it and replace it for free...

I think it was a week or two later I got a text to say a special retention offer had been put on my account and to click the link. Then did web chat to confirm everything. I checked my sky account everyday and nothing appeared.

Basics like. Type of cloth to clean Shampoo. What to dry the car with. Wheel cleaners? Tyre black. That should be enough for a good clean no?
