Was looking to get some ast's although i've seen some brand new KW v2 for nearly half the price they should. Now there's only 100-200 in price difference on kam but now I've seen these kw for £629 free delivery i'm tempted by these.
Now all i wont is what would people go for Ast/Kw if price...
When fitting I used a long socket on a extension bar and hit with hammer... Make sure socket is same dia as the insert to ensure damage does not occur.
I had this problem while fitting joes on the rb.. I had to removed the paint from inside the mount and give it a tap on.
The assembly you have taken a picture of is correct also not many threads stick through when torqued up. So don't panic...
Wheel off.. Arch liner out and remove. Or if you have tiny little hands and fingers on the bottom of the arch liner there is a flap for changing bulbs.
The reason behind all your comments saying mine doesn't catch is because the drivers driveshaft pivots on a different position on a 172/182 rather than a non sport or a cup. This is because cups and non sports have single piece driveshafts and all are 182/172 have 2 piece (bolt to block)
Just...
Ha just looked at there page..
2001 vauxhall nova before 119 after 145

2001 vauxhall nova wtf! When? As for the golf 75bhp from a exhaust system f**k me.. Hmm are ktec teaming up with this company?
Just realised your non sport but it should be roughly the same principal.
Place jack under sump with block of wood to support engine.. Undo bolt from mount to engine.. Remove 4 bolts holding mount to shell.. Lift engine using jack (be carefull) remove mount and replace in reverse. Unsure of...
:/ I would of told them to fix it before payment.. And is the diffuser painted or not it should be gloss black.
As for the deflector tunnels they are a metal shield that collects the hot gasses from the exhaust and directs them out the hole.. Saves melting your diffuser/rings
Poor poor car.. When did you buy this exactly as for the exhaust it looks misaligned. But as well as missing the chrome rings your missing the deflector tunnels too.
I'm sure I seen chrome rings on eBay or just buy carbon ones of Fernandez on 197.net.
Once ive finished il put a build thread together just so you guys can get a feel if anyone else wants to do it.. So many ways of fitting just trying to get the rite 1 without the costs and skill needed.. Will update in a couple of weeks.
That's what I was going for.. As it will be a purpose built track car so looks don't really bother me.. Obv I want it to look neat but having it smoothed into bumper was a no no as I'd hit the kitty litter and it would just crack..
I had to remove boot floor too lucky the 182 has a stitched on...
