Live data is your friend if you know what to look for.
Start with sensors, temp and stuff.
Then screen shot things before the fault and during…
I’m slowly learning to use my peepers on the data rather than the codes than often send me to the live data via a google anyways.
I like the quick thumb catch ones on my air gauge…
Those ones I fumble and quite often I have to put another 10psi in as I’ve let it all out before it’s come away.
Had these 12 years I think… I’ve been a red tool w&nker longer than you can dream of.. i got the shirt, the heated hoodie, the tools, I might have a Milwa tattooed on my sausage for all you know.
Remember these things have like a 10 min overheat or something. Read the destructions..
you have about 9 cars and 70 wheels, you can’t wake up on Saturday and decide to check your tyre pressures on all of them.
They don’t do anything, they’re presenters of other people doing stuff.. there’s only so many air filters and wheels that need fitting.
I watch a guy guy collect a set of new wheels and test fit in his car build.. more interesting.
Someone do a shock rebuild.. more interesting.
Dan...
I have this one, and it’ll put Renault Clio 182 cup ones in fine.
Getting them out you’ll need to get creative… I had to run welds on the bearing races before chucking it in the press and the bearings exploded out.
I’ve seen someone use this one before and eventually modded it, welded all...
Yep, still 36months… 3 years of the yearly interest being slapped on will see those months increase £10-15.
This April I got £7 added to my contract.. with a sim only I’d simply have sidestepped that cost..
£7 is a lot of money, that’s a packet of fish fingers in 2023
I checked my Voda upgrade the other week and they wanted 36months on the lastest iPhone, 100gig of porndata, can’t remember the monthly. £50 probably
I can get the same phone, cheaper monthly and 24 months from Voda..
Do people really fall for this? I take offence at this kind of stuff, I’m...
I like it… but it’ll be about 85k when it comes out with inflation considered..
Then we have the 2025 insurance take into account, £1500.. with a £7000 excess.
Is a little bit large, but obesity is up in Europe and it might even squeeze in a regular fat American.
Oh, didn’t look that hard but clearly it’s been window taped, wheels covered and blown over…
Paint all over screws and stuff, probably more noticeable up close.
They’ve always cost a premium, that’s some miles…. I’d probably put some masking tape over them saying 69,420 to make myself feel better.
Looks alright tho
LTT said they aim to make 20k minimum a video with views, product sponsors etc… videos that do well can get 60k etc.. he peddles his merch, 2 sponsors and perhaps a main sponsor..
That’s just an example of someone who’s got it dialed and the possibilities…
Tavarish has been milking that p1...
it’s we’ll know the wishbone bolts beat the subframe mounting points oval. Another think to check for movement.
Never rule out something at the back of the car being wibbly, unwanted rear wheel steer is just as exciting on the road.
We all want to buy a car needed belts, because it’s likely cheaper and after the belts are sorted worth more money.
You know if I’m buying a car needing belts I’m offering peanuts and so are you guys. Dealers will smell blood in the water, they offer £1000 for a £3000-3500 car.
Everyone...
I do like an orbital sander, but hate buying the sanding discs…
Get yourself a milwaukee 1/4 sheet square sander, you can then just get your paper off a roll and “punch your holes”
best of both worlds…
Go on…. (Whispers) buy more milwaukee, you don’t have enough…
If you post a rough idea of location, one of the local guys might have a code reader to get the live data… dead sensors are pretty easy to see if the codes are up.
Not mine..
I got a set of turbines once but just couldn’t get along with them…
Wheels I’ve liked have come and gone, but some have always stayed at the top of my retro wheel list.
Williams (sold ☹️ neighbour has spare😎)
Tsw blades (have some)
Azevs A, but wish I had some C’s I think they’re...
I couldn’t pull the trigger on it, I’ve seen it for £48 or something before but it sits at £80-100 these days.
I got the makita 18v for £38 as I have the batteries.. Amazon bargain.
I have Milwaukee m12, m18 but for some stuff makita is cheap as chips.
