@Hot Hatch Hunter
I see you sold this in Jan/Feb, 2020 - thanks @FatRS
Was the underside super clean, minimal to no rust?
Chance you have any photos of the underside?
I didn't even dig that far into the conversation.
I imagine its this is where some of the 3.5k went?

I engaged the seller, as i'm in the market for a clean RB.
There isn't much movement on the price. So I didn't chase it any further.
As said, very much on the high side but someone might come along and take it.
The exhaust has arrived in Canada. Looks like it was test fitted and had one heat cycle through it. Like new condition and the welds look amazing. I'm delighted!

When a Megane R26R is legal I might get one from the UK so i'll hit you up for some shipping options when we get there!
We see quite a few land rover defenders coming into Canada, yes the prices are a little nuts! Demand is high for them.
So a little update.
Red 172 is sold to a lovely chap. The Clio v6 has been amazing this summer.
Won this at auction a couple of days ago, it only has 11,000 miles on the clock!!
People love them but are a little shocked at the price. People in Canada can be sooo cheap lol
At the shows people comment lots about how it's their favorite car on display and are excited to see one in person.
The fitment on mine is great, the leading edge doesn't catch on the edge of the roof.
With the trophy spoiler you should run the BMW 1-series bonnet struts to avoid the top of the spoiler touching the roof when fully open.

Had some lovely weather over here recently and had the car out on the road and also some car shows.
No massive updates, just some ph2 wheel. Need some slightly larger spacers on the rear to match the fronts but a work in progress.
I'd remove the fuel sender unit and bench test it . Check the wiring and that the regulator is holding pressure.
While the sender unit is out use a lint-free rag and wipe the bottom of the tank to check it is clean.
If that is all good then you'd be able to start looking at wiring (ground...
