@MarkCup, any advice on running in? My ex picked up her new one yesterday and I went out for a quick spin, but she said the dealer hadn't mentioned anything.
She's opted for mountune but not taken it to be done yet as the dealer she purchased from wasn't an approved fitter.
Initial impressions...
They wouldn't and that's the grey area. My brothers car had them from the factory as well on a 57 plate mk3.
That said - My insurance company even ask you declare optional extras!!!
No, there's no pic's floating around but they look like lovely wheels (for reps).
Not sure on the 3.4, I'd been browsing PH's and it seems to be the one that's consistently recommended though.
Have you seen the 18" M359 style (1m reps) that CM wheels are selling, good offset as well.
I actually love CSL's but on a coupe, roadster doesn't look as good. Also prefer 18's to 19's.
ETA: I was under the impression the IMS issue was largely improved on the 3.4 version as well Rob.
Glad you enjoyed chaps!!
I'd just like to add that for anyone looking for information on a welsh tour (or anywhere else in Europe for that matter ) should head over to the petrolhead nirvana forum and their website. Superb source of info, knowledge and honestly one of the best ways to tour...

ET = Offset = how many mm out into the arch they sit away from the hub. The lower the offset the wider the track.
J = Rim width as above, 8" in this case.
Could be the Squib ring connection behind the steering wheel if the dash lights up but you can't set it from the wheel.
My old Black 182 had the same issue described.
