Yep On standard seats undo the torx screws at the back of the side plastics and pull them outwards and towards the front of the car, and you'll see the nuts to remove the seat. Then under the car undo the 13mm nuts under the usual rubber gromits

Mine was like this years ago.. Removed the skirt and found this Straightened it all out and used some new stainless fittings and the new skirt sat fine after that
