The actual 'knobs' are glued on and are a real pain to get off without destroying. It'll probably be easier just to swap the whole thing out, it's easy to do!

It's integrated into the callipers. Was it just one side that failed? It may be a snapped cable.

Yes, attributable (imo) to the down pipe cracking and the rest of the exhaust dropping as a consequence. Obviously that made things worse. Looking at your picture yours is their 'updated' version - although I was told there wasn't a problem with them cracking.

I threw my ED downpipe in the bin. It was a complete waste of time.
