If they are genuine Renault clio wheels they all use the same fitment. You could even get the 16" sport wheels and they'd fit fine. Im im not sure how much difference they'd make to the speedo going up from 14"s though.

Didn't see the tyres. Just noticed it's got a ph2 tailgate and lights so I'm guessing it got rear ended making it a cat D and replaced the damaged parts with ph2 bits. Plus the V6 badge should be under the Clio one not the Renault badge no?

Mine must be leaking from somewhere else. Found out yesterday when I took the rear bench out. - Big puddle of water and soaking boot carpet. The only thing I can think of is the boot seal or the rear lights.

Could take a while to find a set though. I'll probably end up buying them first and selling the Turinis after if I save up :p
