Safe to assume you're on here? Car looked superb! Gave you a flash of the ambers and you responded with a flash. Were you heading out of Middlesbrough? Saw you drop off the A66 and head down towards Southbank.

If you don't look at them often, you wouldn't have any idea! The previous owner wrapped the rear bumper insert on mine with a dark carbon wrap that still needs removing, so I'll get that off then get it painted I think. Also, is your O/S bullet missing? Or did you take it off prior to washing :p?

Ever since I picked her up, there has been this infrequent noise coming from the engine bay. You only really hear it when you hit a bumpy piece of road or accelerate hard. I can only describe the noise as "Dolphin chatter"; it's high pitched and literally sounds like it's trying to communicate...

That rear looks so nice with the plastics painted! +1 on the clean plates, which reminds me I still need to buy mine!

Is it easier to get the gearbox fixed/repaired/refurbished? Or just get a second hand box put in? Sometimes mine crunches when giving it a little bit of beans in 3rd and 4th, and lately I've noticed it won't let me in 5th until I drop it into neutral and try again :(

Fitted mine, don't even work that well. Might have another read through the forums to see which exact place people bought from on ebay as mine are pants!
