Yeah it must be around 6 years now, wow it does fly. But I've had my Vee for 5 years now and it only seems half that.

I sadly no longer have it although I had it a very long time. It just wasn't practical for my daily commute by the time I'd finished with it.

This is my 7, it was pretty well known on the MLR.

I picked her up from Mark yesterday and had a nice little blast down the M25 then through the lanes in Billericay. She drove amazing, the family will be eating Lentils for the next few months to pay for it but it was worth it.

I'm about to change one on her X5, it needs calibrating on TIS or a high end Snap On so I'd imaging this will be only be able to be done using a CLIP.

When I asked Mark to send some progress photos he said "I'll warn you it's quite scary". TBH I'll be glad when it's back in one piece.

Thanks, it's hard to justify spending that much on something you don't actually see when the Mrs wants stuff done on the house.

I thought I'd update this post as it shows the progress since I purchased it. She was resprayed the end of last year which turned out really nice. (I only have iPhone photos I'm Afraid) I put a Ducktail spoiler on it which I sort of like for the moment, it's only a 15 min job to swap it...

Sorry guys I can't make this again. In the last hour I just got mine out of the garage so it can go to Mark Fish on Saturday for a new cambelt, auxiliarys and tensioner, clutch, brakes and service as well as other things. I have a feeling I'm going to be very poor when I pick it up.

I must of been there a few hundred times in my life through the years. I used to live and work in Dagenham not to far away. I've had them work on my old Nova turbo back in the day through to my new 5 series just a few weeks ago. I remember having them fit a massive Remus exhaust on my Astra...
