Mine had issues with not firing recently, sounds identical to what you had - turns over fine and it just wasnt firing/getting any fuel. Then after about 20seconds of turning over, left for 5mins it would start up fine. Didn't matter if the car was left for a week or a few hours, but didn't do it...

r****d moment.....injector wasn't actually connected. Not sure how it happened. Simple fix!!! New exhaust is pretty damn fine. Custom made job. Centre silencer, decat and a single tip. Top notch! It's about 90dB at 4500rpm so will pass noise limits with ease. And the noise it makes is bang on...

No hate from me, Ph1's should be used!!! Mine was initially a cheap bit of fun for the track, for 6 months it was completely standard. It's only since September I have done loads to it to get it to a proper track toy. And is that Combe you were at?

I've kept a running total of what I have spent this winter on it......it will be three times what I bought the car when I get the new exhaust fitted next week. But like your thinking of not being able to track a house!! :up:

I think the ones in the link push on to the rubber bits, but there isn't anything to push over with the solid top mounts

Back to 4 cylinder!!! Injector 1 was faulty, so I replaced that. Fuel rail out....eventually! Ready for a bit of a clean New injector ready to go in. I know I should have chanegd all 4 I think, mainly as a precuation kind of thing. Glad it is working now. About to purchase Castle...

Sorted. Injector 1 was swapped over and now it runs like it should. I knew I should have done all 4, but funds have been tight this month, any other month I would! Thanks to @Duk for your link and the guide you found to do an injector change.

Currently fighting with the injector rail to get it back in. Hands have gone numb from the cold. Didn't realise how much of a tight fit small O-rings can make! Hopefully after this it will be a 4 cylinder again.

Just been told that it has a P0201 error code, so cylinder 1 isn't working. My brother said he removed the injector plug from it and it made no difference. Did the same to injector 4 (the only one he said he could get to without removing the rail guard) and it got worse. Injector 1 in the one...
