I have no idea I'm afraid. But a previous for sale ad on here said it had been tested at 181bhp.

Bobby my phase 1 supposedly ran 181bhp by a previous owner but only made 161bhp when I ran it. I know you can't compare different rollers but it seems a big difference also

I can recommend a Mondeo ST220. High spec car for the money and great to drive. Bad on mpg though

That's weird. I have omp subframes and side mounts and don't have that problem. They are far too high though

You insert a tube into the gearbox and use a funnel. There is a guide on here somewhere. You need to undo a little wing nut type of thing in the engine bay

I totally agree. No matter what modifications you do and however much you spend, you will still want another car in the future. So just put the money towards that car now :)

Hi Ricky. Yes it has the ally bonnet which is good. I really want to lose the aircon. Hopefully will do that this year when it's warmer. Ill probably buy the pure Motorsport kit. Might look out for a second hand one. must lose loads of weight

You need to get under the car and have a look at the linkage. Get someone to move the stick about and take a look at whats happening at the gearbox end

As I said before, 100kg lost is gaining 15bhp per ton. Think of how much people spend tuning to get the same

For the airbag problem you need to buy resistors from maplins/ebay etc There is a guide in the guides section on how to do this I very much doubt you can fit another seat onto the original frame etc. You would be much better with new subframes. The omp ones appear to be the best

My advice would be to quit smoking

I worked out that its roughly 15bhp per ton extra for every 100kg you lose That's quite a good gain really
