I think it's only 8% on electrical items, but every little helps... I've spent tons on there since she worked there, all stuff that definitely wasn't cheaper elsewhere! Though not saying that's always the case.
I'm not actually bothered about getting a PS5 at this point. Still playing PS4 games...
Didn't know what the hell I was following earlier, until I got closer. Must be quite a rare thing?
Leaf Nismo...
AutoExpress article says there were no plans for a UK release. It was on a UK 70 plate.
Yeah wtf that cannot be 'parked'
There's a Delta Integrale rotting away in someone's front garden near where I've just moved to, not as bad as that NSX though. I need to get a photo at some point.
My bro had a R19 5 door Ph1 I'll have to see if he has any photos... loved that thing! Nearly bought it off him as a first car. Insurance would have been painful though.
I went to ED for full exhaust system, panel filter and remap and was happy with the service, although I will say my car felt absolutely no quicker afterwards! Clio 182.
Just read this entire thread and until your last post I was with you... heart's obviously in the car. But come on I think you should listen to your head and give it back. The amount of hassle you're about to put yourself through just isn't worth it! Maybe you don't get phased by stuff like that...
Yes I have Chromecast on my TV, which has an Onkyo sound system attached. Especially great with Spotify & Nest mini - Just tell it to play whatever and out it comes with great sound 😚
So on the recommendation of everyone above I tried Admiral today... smidge over £800! I'm paying £350 with Greenlight 😬 so that's a definitely no go for me.
Love Grado, mine lasted me a long time... but I go through headphones like nothing. Probably 10+ pairs in the last 15 years. Currently on Microsoft Surface Headphones which I really like. Did have AKG ones too but they died a few weeks ago :(
I think the problem is being heavily modified as well. Most companies don't want to touch me because of that 😬
Admiral seem to get a lot of love in this thread, though I'm sure they're on Confused? Which I always check.
I think I definitely will be fighting my corner a bit next time, stating that people on ClioSport don't have a problem so why me :p
To be fair I've always got on with Greenlight as a company before this. When I was insuring my Mini I had a right old chinwag with the guy on the phone, was a good...
I've got an Astra VXR now... 240bhp. Standard at the moment, but already have splitters, new wheels, coilovers etc. in my shed ready to go on. So will soon be beyond what a 'normal' insurer will want to touch.
I will have to check her policy.
She was named on my Clio 182 years back, but...
I was happily with Aviva for years, until they changed it that you could only have 4 modifications 🤷♂️
The reason I've stuck with Greenlight other than initial price, is all power mods covered for free, which is pretty good when for instance my last car I increased the bhp by almost 20%
Hi I'm with Greenlight who give me an unbeatable price compared to others I've tried. However they do have one rather annoying policy, which is that they won't insure my partner on my car as she's never had a 'performance' car of her own.
This is very frustrating as the only situation we would...
