This. You could pay for your own engineers report, it's not that expensive? See if there's any difference between repair costs? In my experience (9 years settling claims) it's not really in anyone's interest, on either side, to try and rip anyone off.

Basically. I have 1 contact in my phone (iphone 6) whereby it will not send an iMessage ? When I get one back it's an iMessage, when I go to reply it hangs as blue then eventually shows as green (text). When they reply again it comes through as iMessage ..? Weird. It's the only contact it...

They need to f**k that 16gb version off. Worst decision I ever made ordering that spec last year. These days you need 32G minimum.
