    Nest

I’ve got nest and love it, installed it myself and I’d say it was straightforward, spent a bit of time reading the installation manual then went for it and it seems to work. I took the existing programmer off the wall and compared wiring to match nest, just take your time and I’m sure you’ll...

    Apple 8/X

EE offered me £33 per month + £300 up front for 5gb which is £600 less than your offer but for the smaller capacity iPhone.

    Apple 8/X

£27 per month + £170 upfront for 5gb data, which is £818 over 2 years for the 128GB model. Gonna try and knock the up front cost down a bit more if i can though.

    Apple 8/X

Phoned EE this evening about an iPhone 7 because face recognition is not my cup of tea and the 8 is a waste of money. The guy on the phone said he hadn't sold a single iPhone 8 and they got loads of staff in Friday but barely any phone calls! He gave me a cracking deal on a 7 though.

    Portable Bluetooth Speaker Recommendations?

I have a Bose Soundlink Mini II, it's a bit over your budget but it's a seriously good bit of kit for something so small.

    MacBook not starting up

Definitely replace the cable first, my 2011's cable broke and I spent ages plus a new ssd trying to fix it. It's a straightforward part to change too.

ADSL to Fibre Querry, Help Needed

I'd recommend using powerline adapters to an ethernet switch in your bedroom. It'll be more reliable than WiFi and cheaper than installing new ports. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BECPIMC/?tag=cliospnet01-21 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000FNFSPY/?tag=cliospnet01-21

Best front shocks - std or ??

I might be wrong but I think 172 cup shocks will fit a non cup packed 182 which i assume you have? If they don't just fit, just refresh with standard shocks from Renault. Aftermarket shocks on these are a waste of money IMO unless you are doing serious track work that is.

RS Monaco Clio surprise (Renault Clio R.S.16)

Pretty sure the vee engine is transversely mounted (same as an fwd car) Anyway... if this is priced in the £20k's then i'd be very tempted. If not hopefully is paves the way for a manual clio 220

    Europe Road Trip help/advice

That makes sense, I think stopping at Monaco for a couple of hours on the way through would be enough for me. But I don't want to try and fit too much in, I can always plan another trip to see other parts of Europe, it's not like it's a once in a life time trip.
