Good machines, Better internals than the cheaper Karchers and has a decent rubber hose as standard. Mines still going as it was when new and its about 5/6 years old now
Ive had an Elite controller since the first one, Feels massively better than the standard ones, Dont get in with the paddles though so never use them [emoji23]
Quakity of them is a bit hit or miss though, Got stick drift and the grips in both sides have both been glued back on lol
I forgot these were coming out so soon so missed out on all the preorders [emoji23]
Hope there are no issues with them like previous gens on release lol
They do hide their weight very well, I've not driven it on "normal" tyres though just R tyres so hopefully doesn't annoy me to much and makes me buy some more wheels [emoji1787]
Need to concentrate with the poverty gearbox lol
Knockhill on Thurs, keen to see how it goes on trsck with its updates as on the rosd it was a big difference
I can't remember what the full code is for them in the Megane, PK04-18 and - 19 IIRC for thr lad and non lsd box?
Bearings are w**k in them though, Loads of guys having to replace boxes or rebuild. Seemed to be a bad batch in some of the newer face-lift cars as well
It was built well over 10 years ago as a drift car [emoji23] he was one of the first original drifters around tbf, He's well aware it looks gash and he can't wait to bin off the s**t kit etc now
Has a Tomei stroked CA in it that's been solid for a long time as well haha, but the drift scene has...
MK3 Meg rods seem to be very reliable at 350lbsft and pistons are good for upto 500hp, Some fancy term for the pistons that the name escapes me, Hyper something maybe
Yep, the only real "traffic" was between Stirling and Ft William on the first day and even that wasn't much really. Even the A9 isn't hugely busy and I drive that everyday
Would of been the cossie, runs stupidly rich [emoji1787]
I'd recommend booking in advance for any accommodation, loads of places are well booked up and some havnt even reopened
Depends what your after? Tourist stuff or just drives
Loads of decent places in Ullapool for eating, we stayed in Bungalow500 which I would recommend to anyone and we will probably go back again
Tbf I've done it in the daily with 75hp [emoji23]
Doing it over more days is a good idea though. I only really seen what views I had out the windscreen when pushing on so missed out a lot this trip
Had a quick chat with a few boys, One in a 275 Cup-S and the other a GT86 they were loving it as well. Never caught them as we ended up heading towards Achmelvich beach for a stop before heading back to the digs in Ullapool
