    This is what I'm thinking of getting in a year or two, never owned a Subaru but always fancied a classic wagon. Now my criteria MUST be five doors its a nice 'toy' that's also practical to an extent. Not clued up on the reliability side though, sure I've heard Fred. Tell many a Impreza horror story

    As is often the case, if your car is protected with a decent Wax and/or Sealant then this will make it easier and quicker to wash/clean. Then use a wax safe cleaner such as AutoFinesse Citrus Power or the cheaper equivalent Carplan/Demon Shine Rapid Dirt Shifter (not 100% that RDS is Wax Safe...

    Going by the above photos I'd say a bucket of water with shampoo in (given a good frothing) then chucked over the car would be equally as good. If you haven't got a pressure washer I'd ignore snow foaming completely....
