looks good!
i suppose what i need to do is find the wheels i want, and then find a clio with them on to give me a better idea seeing as the 16's on yours look great not lowered...but n!ck's looked million times better lowered
so more responsive..that sounds like a plus side, but im still thinking its gonna have to be springs, not much popint in going for 40 mm coils is there?
thats the problem, i need this car for a while yet so i dont want to end up with the sh1t ride quality which is why i suggested 40 mm.... any pics of 40 mm on 15/16s?
that, plus student-ish money is gonna make this difficult i suspect
hmmm...interesting point mate....may have to look into that!! what sort of drop do we think though i got a feeling to geo on my drive , and the many many many speedbumps around here 40 is a good drop?
^^ see like that i could live with , bearing in mind that im on sh1t wheels at the moment.
i just think even with the gap it will give a much nicer overall look to the car
Hi guys,
have tried a search but its hard to find this sort of thing ,
as im still in my first year (and with direct line :dapprove:) i am unable to lower my clio, however i should be able to get away with new wheels, im thinking of getting some white 16s and just wondered how much they fill...
since owning my lil ole' 1.2 ive had a lot of gearstick wobble, especially on acceleration/lifint off the throttle and its getting on lmy nerves now,
ive done a search and have decided its something to do with the mounts, my question is should i
1)get new standard ones fitted
2)get uprated ones...
Generaly i think most of them don't ar are unsure of the size requirements (unless its blatantly illegal) sol are fairly unlikely to stop you...however if its a traffic copper that is having a bad day you can bet he know the exact size needed and would love to give out a fine.
hi, as im sure you're all aware clios have a problem with the starter motor connector corroding and therefore the car not even turning over.... my queston is ...is there a permanent solution #(other than the sandpaper in my glovebox)
cheers
Ben
go for LED sidelights (any minute theres a guy on here who will post the ebay link)
and dont worry about the fogs because youll hardly ever use them...unless you drive around witgh them on all day !!braap!!
i get my indicators from aceparts...
But if you really want to go crazy experimenting you could always get yourself a cup splitter, spoiler and refurb a set of anthracite turinis!
Lol not saying its everyone but there does seem to be a lot of that on here!
Its your car mate, your choice
