I'm nowhere near the best person to give you advice as i'm still learning. But i'd reckon the first questions to ask would be do you want a DSLR or do you want something a bit more basic?
If you're after a DSLR you're probably better off trying to go second hand. Cheapest DSLR's seem to start...
I too am with Knuckles. You're going to get hate as it isn't the CS norm though.
Change the spoiler and give it a bloody good detail and it'll start looking pretty good imo.

Thanks Steve.
These on the rear - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RENAULT-CLIO-II-RS-HUBCENTRIC-WHEEL-SPACER-KIT-15MM-/300512553604?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Wheels_tyres_Trim_Nuts_ET&hash=item45f7f1aa84
And these on the front -...
I'm running hubcentrics off eBay dude. The particular one's i use do use longer wheel bolts however - as i say it has the hubcentric part where the wheel sit's on the spacer, so still perfectly safe.
Imo, they're actually safer than the one's where you bolt your wheels to the aluminium...

7 views... Was out in the lorry for work this afternoon and so wished i had my camera with me. Beautiful sunset and countryside!
Not so much bad driving but lack of observing properly, perhaps.
I was at some lights the other day. 3 lanes, far left for left and the other 2 for straight on and right. I'm sat in the middle lane.
Left lane lights change green for people to go left, others stay red. Then i have a chap pipping...
