The OS thing seems a bit of an issue, we arent too good at stuff like this, and he has a heck of alot of expensive Programs on there which I doubt he still has discs for lol I never set things to Sync, I despise syncing, drag and drop FTW

I'm having horrific issues on PSN, but when I switch to my 360, same ISP etc, its flawless. All my mates are on PSN, so I can either put up with lag and play with friends, or get owned by 12 year old Americans on the 360, whilsy having a perfect lag free experience. Tough call :(
