Hi all,
I've changed a fair few steering wheels on the 1*2 so it was a bit of a shock to see this ribbon connector;
I have swapped a old wheel with a nice new reskinned wheel, took off a 53 172 Phase 2, no problem straight off and on with the old one, done.
The other car is a 51 172 phase 2...
thanks mate, but it slides on downwards, the rain sensor is blocking me.
managed to get one mirror back on the ball and reattached it by prying the rain sensor off the windscreen, the other rain sensor I can't shift, that's the one with the broken screen so will get re-attached when they do that...
I've managed to detach 2 rear view mirrors from there balls (?) to swap them over and also smashed one windscreen trying to get the glass part back onto the ball.
Any help please cause I've fcuked this right up.

Simply changing my 172 drivers seat with a newer same 172 seat, anything to watch out for?, literally like for like, will I need to reset anything on the clip?
