Is german - 'einpress tiefe' or insert depth. Just the offset-going from what rich says this would presumably equate to the 172 turinis sitting ~7mm narrower than your std rims on the 182 hub Seems the anthra trophy turinis have the same offset as the std rims.

Had it checked out on my old 01 plate last year and got it done without having had the letter-just heard about it & didnt fancy it going wrong. Needless to say all they did was spunk some wd40 all over and whack a sticker next to it to say it'd been looked at. p.
