    They can only charge you a cancelation fee if you requested cancelation. If they invoke cancelation, they needs to issue you a pro rata refund

    no the prices have lowered, id get the 182 full phat with cup packs. Look so much nicer, got all the extra you need, and they arnt realy any slower. They donet cost much more either
