Just to add you can feel the vibration through the gearstick too if you happen to be holding it. It almost feels like a punctured tyre, but only in the circumstance of lifting off above 65.
Have recently replaced an ABS ring and cv boot on osf and since then I've had this odd vibration happening. It only happens at speeds in excess of 65 mph and only when I lift off. Accelerating up to 70 is fine, but the minute i lift off the gas I can feel some sort of knocking coming from...
Lauren that's (almost) definitley ABS related, get the front wheels off and check the condition of the rings by turning the brake disc around. Check the sensors aren't dirty and that there's no sticky grease from a CV joint anywhere.
I don't need a new one, just a new clip. It just needs refilling with grease and re-clipping back on. Then clean up grease, fit new ABS ring and away :)

Do an Elvington track day - it's only just round the ring road from you - and plenty of space to run-off into if you do get it wrong.
