Nice read. I would say your comments on the power delivery are slightly jaded by the fact you have a cerbera so anything would probably feel lacking in comparison. It does need to be kept on it's toes but it's not as bad as some. Overall though spot on and enjoy the little blighter.

16hp sounds alot. But not impossible, depends on your starting figure as they vary alot. At a guess (i'm no expert) but the loss of torque @ 3k could be due to manifold pressure because of the cone filter. Just a guess though
