After reading this thread last night I decided to give the RB a going over. Sonax perfect finish on a yellow and then poorboys blue on a blue hex. Unfortunately, I've not a lot of sonax left, so it was a quick one. Results are still good though.

The thing is, these cars are 15 years old now so a high number will have had paintwork done at some point. Paintwork isn't a bad thing, but for some reason, some people wince if it's had paintwork done? Although nice to know theres some out there that's original with no rust, which is rare...

Silver or at a push, anthracite. That is all. I did mine Iceberg silver, which has some fleck in it, but looks quite nice.

Looks hard on the wheels with the colour combo. I forget how blue the interior is.

@Amos91 I must have got one of the good batches before they've swapped over then. They've obviously got worse since. Luckily Frayz ordered the one you mentioned before so all good.

Forgot to say Frayz, you can buy a replacement coolant bottle from euros for £10ish. Renault want £50 and the ecp one is fine. I've had one on since Aug 2017 and it's been sweet and still looks very clean. Just bin the new lid and keep your oe one 👍

Another thing that people, including myself, have done is to swap all the plastics for non sport ones as they dont have the "soft touch" film so already nice and smooth. Everything is a straight swap over too.

I have a euro car parts one. Been on since august '17 and have been absolutely fine. Still looks clean and white even now. Think I paid £15? Just make sure you keep the original lid and use that as the ecp one isn't as good.
