Thanks for the advice guys! Pretty much what I was thinking, as these cars a pretty much a built track cars ;)!
Already started to make a list now,
•Set of BREMBO discs and pads (fair price & quality)
•Brake fluid change
•Decent tyres
•Strip all unnecessary interior out
Hoping to pick up some...
Hi guys,
Back After a few months gap off the forum....
So I have a 04 Clio 182. Tidy, straight clean car both cosmetically and so far mechanically! (No evidence of the dephaser change :(! )
I bought the car as a weekend car but now want to turn it into a TRACKDAY car... My budget is quite tight...
Ahh tidy! I suppose BREMBO is s trusted brand to. Can you get this set up complete with pads for cheaper than £70??
What sort of racing you do mate? You compete?
Hi guys, what's the recommendations on brakes/pads for track days? I'm looking at BREMBO discs & pads on eBay £70. The discs are non drilled or grooved... Is it worth spending a little more for a grooved/drilled set up?
Hi guys, recently bought a 182 for track use and a weekend toy. Currently stripped the rear interior out of the car... Seats, door cards, carpets etc. She's now sitting slightly high on the rear. What is a SENSIBLE lowering spring (Milimeters) to put on it to compensate this?? I don't want it...
