No no no, once you install the game form the disc something magical will happen in the cloud to tie that disc to your gamer account. So if someone else on a different gamer account tries to install it, it will not work. (I think)

Quick (silly) question. Say I'm playing the Xbox and I'm half way through a game and my Mrs wants to watch Emmernation Station or whatever the soaps are called. She then shouts at me "Will you turning that f**king xbox off". Will it just turn off?
