Have a look at that Lumix I posted above. Should be perfect for what you need with the 12-32mm lens. It'll double up as a good walkabout/holiday camera too.

16gb minimum. I5 at a minimum too. My 7 year old Dell has 8gb which I upgraded and it struggles with photoshop and lightroom when doing batch edits for photography. If I'm trying to make a time-lapse video I may as well leave it running overnight it's that bad.

Top bottom is doable in Nova Prime. This is my home screen (Pixel 2xl). Super simple. Not sure if I can hide my nav buttons, not something I've looked at tbh. No other screens, all apps in the app draw.

I've just picked up MW2 remastered. £20 for the game, probably the best campaign of the series. Gives you a couple of bits for the online, not that I'm too fussed about that, just wanted another campaign to get into for a bit.
