I find mine a bit like that, I know they aren't great at low revs but just seems to take a bit to get going, it's fine when further up the revs though. The joys of owning a 12 year old French tin can.

Make sure you get some WD40 or something on it before hand. I tried to remove mine last week and neither lambda's would budge. I'm going to get a little blowtorch to apply some heat to try get them shifted.
The AG will probably be fine but another popular product is Tardis. Needs to be used before claying.
I've always sprayed the tardis on, let it sit for a while then wipe off with a clean microfibre. Just make sure you rinse it off fully before moving onto claying or else it'll bugger the clay up.
Seems like there's only us 4 that come into this thread but I'll ask here anyway.
Anyone got a torque wrench I could borrow before I go out and buy one?
