Can you remove the headlight washers without removing the bumper?

I'm going to have the wheels and brakes and everything off anyway soon. So can you get to them by just removing the wheel arch liners?

    335BHP 182

For some people its more about the modding than the end result.

    335BHP 182

No mention of an LSD? Surely thats going to go in which ever direction it decides it wants to? Smacks of going all out for power with no thought of control. But still, would be a lot of fun!

Can you remove the headlight washers without removing the bumper?

As title really. I don't have the tools, space, time or patience to remove the bumper, but I need to either replace or remove my headlight washers before my next MOT. Ideally I want to blank them.

4s snap of PB in the sun

I love Petrol Blue, but I think its like Inferno in that I love it more because its rare than because its actually a nice colour.

How many inferno orange Clio 182's

Anyone from Hedge End on here with one? Judging by the fact its always parked in the Hedge End Halfords car park I'm assuming they work there. I'd be interested to know how you blanked the headlight washers?

    The endless battle against Understeer

LOL! Some friend and I are planning on taking lots of heel and tow 'mock' shots in a variety of different footwear and editing them into a track video! I did take my loader style slippers to a trackday one too, just for the lulz.

    The endless battle against Understeer

I need to learn to heel and toe. At the moment I'm being thwarted by the 'pat your head and rub your tummy' issue of it being un-natural and messing up the other things I'm doing (mainly making my braking irratic and jerky). Its also really hard to practice on the road. Any good videos of write...

Bit harsh against Jengis maybe? I'm the one who drives like a numpty, remember :)

Why did you choose a RenaultSport Clio?

Re: Why did you choose a clio sport?? Asked the question (in late 2009) "Whats the most fun I can have for £3k?" Got a lot of replies saying Clio 172.

    The endless battle against Understeer

A mate's MX5 ate an apex cone once. Got a massive slide on and ran over the cone. Then it vanished. No idea where it went. It wasn't on the floor anywhere near the corner, but wasn't in the car anywhere. Probably got caught and fell out further round the track, but I still believe the MX5 got...

    The endless battle against Understeer

Personally I thought they were targets for extra points? The way apex cones end up strewn across the track throughout the day suggests others think so too :D Good spot though Phil. Number 1 cause of understeer - driving like a noob!

    The endless battle against Understeer

The Waaheey was my mate in the passenger seat. We had been taking the micky out of him saying he was going to end up dead in a ball of fire in his MX5 because it was wet, and then I went straight out and did that! :)

2nd car just for track days policy

When its off the road, SORN it and you don't need insurance. When you Tax it again just get the cheapest normal road policy from wherever.

2nd car just for track days policy

If its road legal and you will be driving it to and from track days then you haven't 'taken it off the road' at all. Its exactly the same as any other road car, so you just need a standard road policy and set a low annual mileage. No need for any sort of specialist insurer, just find the...

    The endless battle against Understeer

I've checked Wests Renault and they, like K Tec, have the same part number for both the standard and cup 172 rear shocks? Ive also uploaded another video of terrible driving for your entertainment :). Anyone know who the guy in the blue Clio with the Renault Sport plates is?

    The endless battle against Understeer

My position in relation to the wheel is unavoidable unfortunately. I am tall and large and I cant sit any closer as I then can't get my knees under the wheel. You can see the tops of my knees in some of the videos. A smaller aftermarket wheel with a bit more reach will allow me to move the seat...

    The endless battle against Understeer

Yeah, I've been watching some more of the vids taken from the day and I am properly throwing it into some corners, far more than I realised. To much F1 2011 where my setup is always a pointy front end with loads of downforce. Slower and smoother inputs are definitely something I need to work on...

    The endless battle against Understeer

Its by no means got massive understeer, not at all. Its grips really well. Its just got a bit more understeer than I was expecting, and it turns out this is likely due to a combination of unrealistic expectations on my part, and poor driving. A few tweaks to the alignment and some tuition is my...

Brake cooling ducts without removing things?

I've got a splitter. So I assume there isn't room to run a pipe from the fog light housing to the inside of the arch without removing things?
