    Welcome along. There is no such thing as a Phase 1.5, it's either a 1 or 2. What has probably happened is some bits have been swapped over i.e the rear bumber/spoiler etc Do you have any link's to the car?

    Check the earth strap from the gearbox to the chassis, my Exclusive was doing the exact same thing for months along with other small issues, this is what i found on inspection;
