I would convert it to MP4 mate - much better sound and quality! I use mpegable4 which you can download from... well.. places! I can do it for you but not till tonight when at home!!

c:/documents and settings/username/local settings(hidden folder) check your temp internet files - they build up to huge amounts and slow your computer down (and of course show loads of crap u been looking at!)

I got my renewal through from elephant (even though i have sold the car!!) its gone form £218 to £186 for the valver!!

simple - follow the guide! im no mechanic and me and my mate did it - was easier than i thought!! just make sure you take the caps of the torsion bar a week in advance and apray both ends with WD40 every day if possible!!
