they can get out of it without stills - reason... they can argue that the digitalphotos have been rendered/altered. same as if you have an accident - digital pics can be thrown out as unreliable evidence. Its the council... they will try anything!!!

Make sure you take pics with a throw away/non digital camera or you case is worth nought.

not in my experiance! but this is a can or worms that has been discussed many times!!

Thr toruble is... the 360 has been designed to play on HDTV (good one microsoft) meaning picture quality is affected on anything else. In parts of King Kong the screen gets so dark in places on a normal TV is becomes unplayable!

shouldn't have pulled on you IMO! stripped out interior against a 106 with 2 people and on 17's.... something not right with your valver or he has mods he is not telling you about!!!

2nd thoughts... that was the nopise from the back! the noise from the front was from my brake discs.. i had some OMP performance discs and for some reason they were causing horrible noises (thought my wheels were rubbing!) changed them too standards and the noise went!

mine was a sticky caliper!
