2020 may have gone to s**t and all the usual car shows were cancelled but that didn't stop it passing in a blur. My mot was due in March but Covid brought a 6 month extension as lockdown hit and it was welcomed as the eml light was still burning bright and I was 99% confident the car would fail...
Time for a catch up...
September 2019 myself @alexessex_7 @Jon46 and @MrBlonde had a trip to Wales to enjoy some of the fantastic roads. There's a separate thread about our trip somewhere so I'll not repeat it all here. Over 4 days and 700+ miles each we only suffered a jammed window and a...
The flexo on my scorpion centre lasted 2 or 3 years before it gave up and started to fall apart. At least it didn't crack the centre box like the old one did. I've just had a sports cat and flexi v banded in after pissing about with several cats come mot time.
If I were you I'd get the cats2u...
Supposedly they have plenty of precious metals in them to clean up the dirty dirty Clio emissions.
f**k buying a used 182 cat these days. My car had an empty one when I bought it, and a dodgy mot I guess. I then bought a used genuine one for £40 (only 3 years ago!) which passed the next test...

You made the right choice imo. Cooksports have perfect ride height but are too stiff for our bumpy roads. I had to do a couple of roundabouts on my commute slower than I could on standard springs with cooksports on!
Dunno where it's at, the vultures were all over it so I expect it's sold by now. She asked what it was worth and got replies of £2.5k-4.5k. So the usual bolloks from csoc! There's an issue with the mileage on it that's unexplained though.
It may look a bit tatty but it's the rarest colour on a 182 and needs to be saved imo.
If @mossyv6 does his magic on it I want first refusal when he moves it on! 👍
There's a handy guide to swapping them. But you'll need to be a paid member (worth every penny😉) to see it.

Correct, the 182 came with grey xenons from factory.
Be aware that used ones will have brittle adjusters which will probably snap if they are entrusted to a delivery service. They are replaceable without pulling the headlamp apart though and the new adjuster is about a fiver on ebay.
