Yeah from everything I have read everyone thinks they're tripe & I agree... But to be fair I like to give something a chance even if it has 0.1% of succession it would still be good to confirm what we all think anyway.

I read about one of these before. The fan broke up and ended inside the engine OUCH LOL Independant dyno runs would be interesting just to confirm that these are utter tripe.

I have have some bits and pieces left from my old engine idlers/pre tensioner/pulleys and all that. which is from a 30k 182 engine. Yours if you pay postage otherwise they will just get chucked.

Yeah or a piece of wood. Thats a good idea. Likely a fanbelt change will sort that out I assume the kit comes with the new idlers too?
