Got onto Powerflex. Following back and forth email conv. asking me to check dimmensions etc got a set of replacment bushes. Amazingly helpful and knowledgable.
Have a look in my project blog, I fitted some Elise caliper rubber buffers on mine to help.
Think it's helped a bit. But alos fitted a set of spring clips from an old set of pads.
Mine were Pagid RS2-4's though so might have too large a gap on CL's.

Nice update. Try to get some sort of extra protection on the rear dampers as they rust like ****. I had sprayed a few coats of lacquer onto my new ones 18months ago and showing signs of rust already.
Should have 'extra heavy duty' or 'heavy duty' printed on them somewhere. Inside on mounting surface part iirc.
And they're ET43 offset against ET38 of the other 2118's
Just had look at their site and they all have a lifetime warranty, details everything you need to do when contacting them. Will send over an email with photo and see what comes of it.
Worst case is that you spend £10 for a new pair.
