Yep. Unless you've got 6-8 inches a miss, you'll be fine! Lol It's hard to explain but I use a trolley jack handle (had it years for jobs like this) under the bottom of the subframe and over the top of the wishbone. Put your body weight on it with one arm, use your other arm to slide a bolt...

Very expensive. It's a nice late one but it's not low mileage. And it hasn't got any big money bits on it.

You need to get a long bar and lever the hub downwards enough to get one bolt in.

I spread it with 2/3 and then polish on 4/5 depending on how bad the paint is.

What speeds are you going at? As for product, I put 3 pea sized bits on a pad that's been misted 3 times with water and that will do half a bonnet as long as the weather isn't too hot.

Too much product, or creating too much heat and drying it all out, or dirty pads. All things you can remedy with a bit of practice/experience.

Did you buy new parts or used? If you bought new what quality of parts did you buy? I've tried cheap HT leads before and they don't seat correctly.

'eBay cage' are the ones that really grip my s**t. Just bolted to the floor with two 10mm nuts. f**king hell.

On my 172 they caused a bit of vibration but nothing bad. Different levels on the dci though. When it was idling you could stand 10 metres away from it and you could actually hear everything rattling. Bumpers, sunroof, number plates, door cards... Was hilarious! Lol

I fitted those to my dci and my eyeballs nearly fell out. Diesels don't like solid bushes! Lol

If you can feel it with your fingernail, it will need painting.

Just use a paint brush to flick all the crap out in between the seats then Hoover as normal. Or use an air line.
