Had a couple of hours on multiplayer last night, its pretty good, more of the same but better, which is exactly how it should be. Its smooth, slick, polished and will no doubt have me playing for the next 6 months. Between this BF3 and Forza 4, i'm gonna be a proper hermit in the coming weeks...
I'm in a squad, i can see squad leader running around etc, we have control of the flags yet pressing on any spawn point just does nothing. I've tried redeploying in a different squad, different classes, every possible spawn point yet nothing. Sometimes i'm sat pressing A for about 2/3 minutes...
I'm actually starting to enjoy this now that i've unlocked some weapons and have a clue whats going on. The respawn thing in conquest really fcuks me off though, am i doing something wrong?
Just strolled into tesco on my way to work, picked up MW3, 2100 points for £36.99. Job done.
I did preorder too but i'll be selling that or sending it back.
It looks small but don't let that put you off - you won't need an amp - its built into the sub which you can put anywhere in theory if you have the right cables.
Its certainly improved sinced i've unlocked some decent weapons and accessories, but i agree waddle, i'm not getting a buzz from playing it. Personally i think kill streaks have a lot to do with it - ie trying to get another kill before you can call in a cobra when you've got zero amo certainly...
Just finished the campaign, its not that bad actually - obviously multiplayer is where its at but i enjoyed it. There were a number of issues though, framerate dropping, lots of stutter on the last level and things like enemies walking through walls and things popping in and out like crazy. Felt...
Trust me on this one. Hairspray. Our daughter drew all over our cream sofa with biro, you can hardly see it now. Dab it with some kitchen towel, don't rub it.
