Hi, I bought a custom gear nob for my mk3 clio (1st to try it on this model i think) and have hit a hitch. With the new gear knob on, the gaitor doesnt fit now (not long enough). So without sounding too pikey, the easiest idea that comes to mind would be to cut 2 inches of the stick (really...

Do you know the centre bore of the TD's? If so, it would be that converted to 60.1 (or 60.2 as some label it)

Sorry, maybe i didn't explain it well lol. The BBS RS style replica wheels are quite difficult to make look good without the car being really low, in my opinion of course and I know you weren't that interested in getting coilovers. Whereas the wheels you have at the moment are really cool and...

I think they should fit ok mate, big arches on the mk3. The only thing is, it will be hard to pull them wheels off without getting your car a lot lower.

It depends on what you want for the car really? I assume its a daily driver and you want comfort etc hence the springs over coilovers for example. I think cheap(ish) effective mods are, silvervision bulbs, better headlight bulbs (osram, phillips), RS Grille, colour coding if it hasnt already...

Hows things mate? Still saving atm? Done anything else to the car in the meantime?
