As said in your other thread, its probably not TDC if you have a spark. If its sparking and still not firing, then I would put that down to being starved of fuel. But you said in your other thread that is had fuel on the plugs so that doesn't make sense. Are you sure it was petrol on the plugs...
You can tell what users are driving by looking under the 'car' tag on the left of there posts. He has a Liquid Yellow 200. Also I believe the first admin welcome message is automated.

there should be no play in either direction, however I expect your seeing track movement, not bearing movement. Look at the track rod end and see if its moving as well, you need to discount any movement seen form the overall movement. There doesn't have to be any play in the bearings for it to...
Ran another test yesterday. One thing I picked up on was the sun causing horizontal banding when hitting the lens of the camera. Rear camera if facing backwards on this second test. Also noticed the cameras record slightly out of synch, so if your going to use this sort of set, make sure you use...

Also re: the engine swap, I wouldn't bother. Real 172s are cheap as chips these day now anyway. 182 is still a bit more expensive.
its not worth it. Your aren't going to get any driver noticeable gains, except for heat in the summer! Air-con compressors only really put strain on then engine when in-use, not when idle.
