Do you think there's a problem? Also, I've done very little mechanically, that sounds like a lot of work, I think I'll just sell it privately. If those things aren't done, what would be the worst to happen? I don't want the next owner to get done over
Been paranoid since a mate's head gasket went costing him around £1500 to fix. Checked the oil and found this clear sign. However this is the only symptom I've come across, no overheating or fluid loss (to my knowledge). Do you think it's going?

Occasionally when the passenger seat is moved the service and airbag light comes up on the dash. Garage said code was the pretensioner. I'm guessing it's the wires. How do i go about fixing them? I'm guessing starting with a multimeter, but what exactly am I looking for?

Only just realised my boot light didn't work. Popped it open to find the connector was just sat there not plugged into the light unit. Plugged it in and works fine as it should. Anyone have any ideas as to why it was unplugged?

My drivers seat won't lift forward to get people into the back, the passenger side is fine though.
The lever just flaps, it feels like there should be a cable or something there, but there isn't.
Has it come unattached or snapped or wut?
Also, how do i get in there? The screws look all weird.

Okay, I'll have a go at that. Out of curiosity, how does the transponder work? Does it just have to be in proximity with the metal of the blade or the ignition or what?
